KO Case Support is seeking an Account Specialist to join our growing Servicing team. This is a heavy account management role responsible for communicating directly with clients to assist them with their needs. This position will function as the primary point of communication with our attorney and medical provider clients. KO Case Support, we pride ourselves on having a unique corporate environment. Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience with medical lien financing
Experience in the legal field
Has outstanding customer service skills
Self-motivated with desire to build great relationships, and to meet and exceed goals
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
High School or GED required
